My take: Plain and simple, I just donโ€™t think fruit is worth the sugar it contains. But what about fiber, vitamin C, and other nutrients? Well, fiber isnโ€™t necessary (gasp) and other foods have nutrients your body actually needs without the excessive sugar content. Sorry, not sorry!
