I just learned that a new documentary called “animal.” is premiering in select theaters on June 20th!

“animal. explores how returning to our ancestral roots—a high-fat, meat-based diet—can dramatically transform health.”

Many of the cast members are medical doctors and experts I often feature in this newsletter.

My take: Plain and simple, I just don’t think fruit is worth the sugar it contains. But what about fiber, vitamin C, and other nutrients? Well, fiber isn’t necessary (gasp) and other foods have nutrients your body actually needs without the excessive sugar content. Sorry, not sorry!
